Frequencies

Frequencies are the cornerstone for transmission in Simple Radio. They serve as a medium to allow a transmitter to carry audio to a receiver (or vice versa), and allow the player to choose from a wide range of channels to transmit audio through.

The two modulation types that are available, FM and AM, come with their own advantages and disadvantages, where FM can provide a clearer audio output, but will not reach as far, while AM will reach farther and with less interference, but the audio will not be as clear.

Frequencies (by default) range from 000.00 to 999.99, with FM and AM essentially providing 200,000 possible combinations of frequencies to use.
